It’s almost here! Monday, March 23rd A double bill presented by Prohibited Records at LA MARBRERIE, Montreuil
• Quartet Shane Aspegren / Nicolas Laureau / Jérôme Lorichon / Quentin Rollet Resurrecting the spiritual, Hindu-tinged jazz of the 70s, or evoking the experiments of the group CAN, Quentin Rollet (saxophone) and Nicolas Laureau (sitar), collaborators since their Prohibition days, join forces with Jérôme Lorichon (Buchla synthesizer), one half of Zombie Zombie, and Shane Aspegren (drums), who for many years led the duo The Berg Sans Nipple. The quartet’s musical offering invites you on a landscaped, textured, and captivating journey. Two albums have been released to date: Scaring The Mice For Revenge in 2022 and the more recent At Push, recorded by F/lor and released in December 2025 on the sub-label kOOL BIRDS recordings.

• Julien Gasc & Band At the crossroads of poetry, rock, pop, and a chiaroscuro-like orchestration, Julien Gasc has established himself over the decades as a singular voice in French chanson. A talented multi-instrumentalist, he is best known for his solo work, as well as for founding and participating in the band Aquaserge and for joining Stereolab as keyboardist and backing vocalist for their 2008-2009 world tour. His latest album was produced in Berlin by Anton Newcombe of Brian Jonestown Massacre. For this concert, Julien is accompanied on stage by:
